Cybersecurity Video: Apple iPhone Vulnerability Exploited In At Least Six Break-Ins

Sausalito, Calif. – Apr. 23, 2020

A Flaw in Apple’s iPhones and iPads may have allowed hackers to steal data for years.

According to Reuters, the bug was discovered by ZecOps, a San Francisco-based mobile security forensics company, while it was investigating a sophisticated cyberattack against a client that took place in late 2019. ZecOps found evidence that the vulnerability was exploited in at least six cybersecurity break-ins.
