Who’s who in cloud security? Our daily Cybersecurity VC Report tracks the hottest venture funded companies in this space.

Aryon Security is making it possible for everyone to proactively secure complex cloud environments. “We are essentially creating a new category in cloud security,” Ron Arbel, co-founder and CEO at Aryon, told Cybercrime Magazine. “Instead of relying on reactive fixes and endless security alerts, we ensure that security policies are enforced at deployment, preventing risks before they ever reach production.” ‍Whether your cloud infrastructure is managed through IaC, ClickOps, or third-party providers, Aryon delivers seamless, consistent protection, eliminating complexity and enabling security teams to focus on security rather than firefighting.

CLOUD SECURITY COMPANIES

Notable startups who have raised venture capital so far in 2026:

Cloud security startup Act Security Ltd. says it’s primed and ready to help enterprises safely deploy artificial intelligence agents at large scale after raising $60 million in funding across two rounds.

Amsterdam, Netherlands-based Dawnguard is positioning its security architecture automation platform around a long-standing problem in cloud security: many risks stem from architecture and configuration choices made before systems go live.

Copperhelm, a new cybersecurity company pioneering agentic cloud security, announced its launch from stealth alongside $7 million in seed funding. Already working with paying customers, including Fortune 500 enterprises, the company introduces a new model for cloud defense.

Native emerged from stealth with $42 million in funding, introducing the first cloud security control plane: a platform that translates security intent into enforceable, secure-by-design cloud architecture that continuously adapts across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Upwind Security, a cloud cybersecurity startup, has raised $250 million in Series B funding, lifting its market valuation to roughly $1.5 billion. The round brings Upwind’s total funding to $430 million. The new funds will be used to drive a global expansion into new markets, while boosting product development and engineering in core areas of data, AI and code.
