CISOs belong in the Boardroom, according to CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) President / CEO and Founder George Kurtz, who reveals the strategies CISOs can use to rise to executive leadership and shape the future of cybersecurity.

“The CISO’s Guide to Securing a Board Seat” was originally presented at the RSA Conference USA 2025. In his keynote, Kurtz explained how to build influence, guide business risk decisions, and earn your seat at the table.

Every corporate board should have a CISO on it, insists Kurtz, who shares from the lens of a publicly traded company CEO with a market capitalization that exceeds $100 billion, and not a security expert.

This syndicated video on the Cybercrime Magazine YouTube Channel was originally released by RSA Conference.
